Stephanie Loomis1This location does not do things the way other BB&T locations do. I am not sure if it is a lack of trianing, or just laziness. Either way, it is inconvenient and annoying. Further, they are rude about it when you request common banking inquires that any other branches are happy to undertake. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Scot Shaffer1Horrible customer service. Not that I expect much from a bank any more. Only one teller? On a Monday afternoon! Really? And since when do banks no longer allow you to deposit cash into someone's account? They will do anything to make it as inconvenient for you as possible! And then they are rude because they changed the rules on you.

And the worst of all is the day I was waiting in the bank with 7 other people and a group of tow trucks showed up and started hooking up people’s cars thinking they where parked there illegally and myself and everyone in line had to run to go tell the tow truck drivers who’s car was who’s so they wouldn’t be towed. I’m surprised this branch is still open.

Olivia Spanos1The tellers dont greet you. The bank teller sandra is very rude and quick to raise her voice at you. I had over $300 in rolled quarters to drop off and she told me that she had a client to serve before me which is fine. The client was on the floor not at the teller (i was the only person in line so i wasnt standing behind anyone) I asked if I could wait at the teller so I can rest my bag of coins on the counter and she snapped at me . Yelling at me saying that this was not the front of line. Laura enjoys talking down to you. Saying things like you look puzzled when all I was doing was listening to what she had to say about correct coin deposits. (Again my first time at this bank doing a coin drop for my building) When you need help as a first time banker at this branch dont expect to be spoken to as such, expect to be spoken too as if your questions and need for help is an annoyance at best. I would skip this place. I only bank here because this is where my HOA does their coin drop. I suggest TD bank. Theres no glass between you and the teller and they are very helpful and polite.

jeffery newkirk1The wait is soooo long. 1 teller in drive thru, 1 person on the inside teller and this is on a Friday. Everyone else is just walking around doing nothing. Don't recommend banking at this location. They are only friendly so u dont get mad about the long wait!!!!

Veezie Lu5I love my bank. They've given me real life, customized options. They listen to what your life is like, what you want it to be, and give you the tools and advice to get there. My personal bankers know my face, and the other customers, as I've observed. When you call, you get a real person right away. They are like banks are in old movies. I really love my bank!

Kevin Owens1I have been with bb&t since it was c&s bank about30 plus years . Every time i go in to this particulare branch On Andrews Avenue in Oakland Parkit always has a line and ALWAYS HAS 1 Single teller 2 or3 will be back there but only 1 will be taking care of customers no mater how long the line. It seems to be no matter the time i go in. I din't deal with this at any other bb&t . No one says hi like every other bb&t I go to . They should keep at least 2 Employees on at all times or if there are more than 2 customers they should have some come and help so when people want to go in and out they do not have to wait 20 mins or more. Over this ! HIRE PEOPLE BB&T TO WORK FOR THE people that Keep you in business .

Jack Hammer2They are friendly but it's Always a long wait here....i only come in about 1 time every 6 weeks, but I have never been in and out quickly. Always 15 minutes minimum just to make a deposit. Glad it's not my main banking institution.
