The ATM is drive through only, and almost never takes deposits for some reason. The other drive through lines are almost always closed. The lobby is rarely open. So, if you need to get cash from the ATM - thats about all you can do here. When the lobby IS open, the people are lovely and helpful. I wish they were better staffed and hope they get some help soon!

I made two trips today. The first trip I left after waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins. I decided to go back around 230 to try again. I waited for 30 minutes before I got to the drive thru window and then another 15 minutes for them to process my transaction. I understand that you are making an effort to protect your customers and staff from the spread of covid by closing your lobby. However, I saw two tellers through the window and you only had one drive thru window open. It doesn't make sense to only run one window when that is the only means of people handling their financial transaction without requesting an appointment. Service your customers the right way and have both windows operating, especially on days like the first of the month and on fridays. Respect your customer's time and at least greet them even if you cannot see their faces.

It is a shame that you gave to wait 30 minutes or so for service thru the drive thru. They need to have more people working. There are two drive thru lanes available with only one open. Then there is a line on the inside. Praying that they are able go get good help

Would have preferred to give zero stars. Bank closed on weekday for “lunch”. Is this Mayberry?!? Is this the 1950s? The person answering the phone said there was only one person working. Wow….just wow. This location is seriously out-of-date….and needs new leadership ot needs to CLOSE permanently.

I visited this suntrust today and I was waiting in line for the drive thru and once I pulled up the sign said open in green letters for the drive thru line. I need to get money that’s over the ATM daily limit and they closed on me while I was waiting in line 5 cars for the ATM side passed me up and then finally the last person was finished on the drive thru side and then they decided to close once it was my turn to be assisted. They absolutely observed me waiting in line. This isn’t the first time I am having issues with this location. Sadly this is the closest one with a drive thru to my home. So I have to put up with this terrible customer service. I am just going to leave this banking company it’s always a disappointing drive back home. I am sure at Chase this wouldn’t happen it also happen to take forever to activate my debit card. I couldn’t activate my card today with my suntrust app. Which is a sad case we are in 2020 now. Chase has the feature by the way. Done.

Went for a wire .. only came because the other location said to come because thier bank manager wasn't available . The woman at the door had a problem the moment I walked in .. was asking about the other branch .. who said to come etc . Once she saw my account balance .. she didn't wanna do it .. so she found a reason . Said it was too soon to send a wire because my previous one was a week before .. mind you this was 2nd wire in 4 months . Said she wanted home branch to do a risk review with me .. risk review for 2 wires ? Don't waste your time here .. you won't get anything done if it's not at the window . Go to georgetown.

The drive thru lines are extremely tight. If you have an SUV, you may want to consider driving around the building and then walk up to the ATM.

The wait time here is horrible. You always have to wait 30 mins or more in line. The workers are great here. It’s just the wait time is always long here. They either need to put more tellers in here.
