  I would give 0 starts but it isn’t an option. Almost every time I go inside to withdrawal my money, the older ladies working are 9/10 rude and unprofessional. They often act as if they are, “better”. Get off your high horses ladies and learn some human decency. I’ll be switching banks.

  Chuck Brown the vice president business lending weasel must be replaced and or retrained to better handle customers. You can not sit there do nothing without actually pulling up the account, attempt to verify, find some type of resolution for account holders. I will be filing a complaint with BBNT. I will also be looking in to filing charges of discrimination for your conduct.

  I have banked at different banks in Owensboro, and the customer service at BB&T has been unmatched. The tellers were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend banking with BB&T if customer service and convenience is important to you!

  Absolutely terrible. They've lost the title to our car and have not returned any of SEVEN phone calls re a proper release of lien. The automated phone system is useless for us because we don't have a checking account with them (thankfully!). The commitment to customer service is dismal.
