  Only gave one star because I had to. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I called to get some help with my account, gave all my information and was told that she could not tell me anything because I couldn’t remember where I opened my account. I said I can log into my account and give you every single transaction if needed. The response I got was in the rudest voice imaginable “I can’t help you” then immediately put on hold. The phone was never picked back up! Called a different location and talked to a super sweet lady that was incredibly helpful. Instead of being rude and nasty when I told her I couldn’t remember where I opened my account. She said here let me get another security question which I was able to answer. Then she let me know what I needed to know.

  Stopped in to open an account today with Austin. His service was excellent and a 10 out of 10. I’ve banked here in the past and have had some bad experiences with other people but he totally flipped the script. Thanks for hiring great people that know what’s customer service is about. Thanks Austin for your help and guidance.

  I used to have an account with BB&T, because of this branch and multiple other branches around I closed my account. My wife still has an account with them, unfortunately I still have to deal with this bank because of that. Customer service and communication from the tellers is incredibly poor. There is only one teller that I have found to actually know their job and actually communicate with customers. Most think they know it all and assume what you want.

  Got a loan from Austin there to pay off my credit card debt I accrued from being a full time mom and student for years I could work only minimum so I got a loan to have one payment instead of 3 once I graduated with my ADN, well this guy tells me he has to pay them and I thought ok, sketchy but I'll go with it as long as it's getting paid who cares it's been a week now and they have still yet to be paid and all this dude can tell me is they have been paid a check is in the mail, it makes no sense bc my loans I paid for me and my husband have been paid since the day after I got this loan, but I have been on the phone the past 2 days with my cards bc my payments are due and now I'm being charged late fees which will show up on my credit and accounts now which is the whole reason I went to this guy for a loan in the first place. This has been a headache. I would not recommend them and would never do business with them in the future. Everyone else I spoke to is telling me I should have gotten all the money bc I'm the one paying it back it makes no sense they would have to pay it for me now over a week later I still yet to have this money that I have to pay these people back regardless and now have late fees to pay and have to make an extra payment then turn around and try to get them to give me the money right back. Also he tried to close my cards out after paying them and never told me that, that would hurt my credit not help it I never agreed to that. This has been a horrible experience and he just tells me if it don't get paid by the end of the week call like he has no idea how or why this is happening and basically can't help. Save yourself a headache if you want a bbt bank go to Warsaw KY like I should have. Trust me and save yourself a headache and trouble and costing yourself more money and time with people who will tell you give it more time. Mail does not take over a week to travel. It's not worth it, they get a thumbs down from me, my experience with this bank has been awful they will never get my business again and anyone who ever asks me I will tell them the same!!

  Update your hours. It’s not 6:00 and your drive thru is closed. It says open til 6:00.

  Hours say 9 am to 5 am but they were closed at 6pm
