  I have used BB&T for years so I can say that so far they have been fairly average. Their drive up service is INCREDIBLE, especially with the automated machine that is open 24/7. The banking, however, is a major pain to deal with. I have had numerous transactions blocked and bounced by BB&T, and when my card was accessed by someone else, they put me in the negative for an overdraft fee for a ridiculous amount. Hopefully the Suncrest merger fixes a lot of these problems when this place becomes a Truist.

  Very Bad experienced, they don’t have any knowledge about Permanent Residency in United States for a foreign legal resident. The federal government issued green card expired and due to covid the federal government sent a legal binding documents extending the permanent resident card. And refuse opening a new account stating the US Resident card was no NOT ACCEPTABLE! Therefore we will be closing all accounts currently because they don’t understand government policy!

  Very poor in customer service, feels like they're doing me a favor every time I goes there. I have business and personal account with them. ( thinking of switching to another bank) Any suggestion's?

  Helped me out..and friendly staff but would not let my little girl use the restroom.???i had to come n for while yesterday too. *they Really need a restroom for there customers* Stupid rule not to let a litte kid/or one of UR OWN customer's use the bathroom..smh

  There not the best bank not the worst! Some branches are better than others! I like some of the people at this branch and not so much with others! I will say they have a variety of different accounts which is a good thing which is why I'm giving them 4 stars.

  Horrible Janette on 1st street bbt bank in Huntington is beyond unprofessional and laughs at customers whom need help with an account! Very bad business! Refused to pass the phone to a manager and then hung up on the customer after four years of banking with bbt we will be cancelling our account! I do not suggest this bank or any other bbt bank to anyone!

  NEVER do business with this bank. Just don't do it and go somewhere else. Any branch is a nightmare.
