  My favorite Truist branch. Branch manager is friendly and helpful. Other bankers at this branch greet you and ask how they can help you. Tellers greet you and are friendly and professional. Everyone seems to enjoy working here. High marks all around!

  I have a business account which was transferred from BB&T. Truist is the most Terrible bank I have ever dealt with. Every single time I try to do anything with this bank it's a problem. Every time trying to use online banking and every time trying to call. I cannot call customer service and speak to a representative without spending 5 minutes navigating menus that dont recognize your social security number or tax ID. When experiencing a problem and needing to speak with someone you can almost guarantee 90 plus minutes because you only have about a 1 in 3 chamce that someone will know whats happening. P.S. I cannot speak directly of the individuals inside of this branch Its the company and the unreliable technology they use. If you want to withdraw cash be careful. They dont hold very much money in their bank. They may not be able to fulfill your request. I have had an overwhelmingly poor experience every step of the way with this banks systems. Let Me Have BB&T Back!

  So this branch is located down the street on Housley Road! I had an awesome experience with the team here. Banking is rarely ever an enjoyable experience. I had to stop by 4-5 times this week to get specific documents completed. Mariana specifically made this one of the most pleasant experiences I've had! I got stuck at work and she let me stop by 5 minutes after they closed to pick up a document, was nothing but kind, and even sent a dog bone through the drive thru when she saw my dog in the car. Super friendly and nice staff, even though its probably become more difficult since they merged as Truist!

  Great Bank! I really feel like SunTrust is one of the few banks out there that really understands what people want and need. The staff at this particular branch are always smiling and happy to help. My wife agrees. I've worked with Carla and Collin a bunch of times and they're just awesome. If you're looking for a place to store all that money come check out this SunTrust, you won't be sorry.

  Went to get a certified check on my lunch break and was told the printer are not working. No back up plan at all. Just im sorry you can go to another location. Never have this problem at the SunTrust in Catonsville.

  I needed some to withdraw some cash for a big purchase SunTrust had every excuse under the sun to not give me my money that I worked for so I was a lil upset an now will be draining my accounts an going elsewhere
