  I will never be back at this location ever again! To the manager that was covering for Kevin that was extremely rude and unaccommodating when you are business partners with other businesses customer service is extremely important. I was five minutes late through the drive-through right before a holiday weekend trying to make a deposit as I sat and watched him through the window for a good three minutes before he even acknowledged me. The least you could’ve done was offer me an envelope to put it in the night deposit but instead you decided to shrug your shoulders. Kevin is always amazing and always takes care of his customers.

  The teller made me feel uncomfortable with the issue I was having with my temporary card. She was a middle aged Latina lady with short hair. Not the best customer service at all. Even though this branch is closest, I prefer to drive further out for better service.

  Customer service goes a long way. Teller Susanna at the Atlantic and Rock Island branch was just horrible. Went in with my aunt who lost her husband and asked her questions about possibly closing the account. Not even an acknowledgment for the customers loss. Just terrible.

  BBT is the worse bank in the country their service is very poor in every single way. BBT doesn’t have a single thing that will make me use them in the future as a bank they just suck

  Trevor hung up on me before i was finished asking questions. Kevin Campos told me i could close a credit card over the phone and now they say i need to be there in person.
