  A HOMETOWN BANK WITH BIG BANK SERVICES This bank is simply the best I have ever banked with. Laurie the bank manager has helped us with many of our banking needs. From personal to business, it's like banking with family! Every single person who works there are friendly just like Laurie, knowledgeable and make you feel like you are banking with family. I highly suggest this bank for All of your banking needs!

  Best service we've ever had with a Bank. Personnel very knowledgeable about their bank. Very impressed with their services. One thing I'd like to suggest. Have their Visa Card not charge for international sales on the card. We travel quite a bit and hate those extra charges. Most other credit cards with other banks don't charge these.

  Customer service is the worst.. u can't get anyone on the phone at customer service.I held the phone for one hour and still no one responds to your call...I called into the branch and they are unable to accept a payment over the phone...the automated system tells you that your payment has been accepted...but in all actuality the system don't accept your payment...and then I get a notice in the mail that my payment is late with a 35.00 dollar charge...this bank is the worst!

  Very helpful every time I go in. They recognize you as a customer and help you very personably. Can't beat the small town service!
