  They didn't change their hours of operation when they decided to close on Saturdays. I went to the branch coz it says on their hours here on Google map that they're open 9am - 12nn on Saturdays and only to find out that they're closed.

  The new branch leader or a manager with Truist, Doesn’t even have the courtesy to speak with the customer and look into a merger issue. It is what it is. Do we blame the lack of customer service on Covid still?

  I have several employees, which include a loan officer branch manager, who keep harassing my husband to refinance his truck and upon numerous “no’s” she continues to text him She’s a manager and insists on him transferring all his all accounts from Wells Fargo to her bank to be his “personal banker”. What does she not understand that “no” means “no” He drove all the way to Fruitville and 75 to avoid him taking me (his wife) to the Bahia vista branch because he is “bombarded” with the females all over him at this location This is very discerning and definitely a corporate communication in the near future

  Absolutely horrible service, I have banked personally with BB&T for several years, also have a business account with them. I will be closing both accounts and moving to another bank due to the low level of respect and lack of customer care this company has. They have made it a total hassle to do anything. This bank has truly gone down hill in terms of service.

  I have been banking with BB&T for many years . The Staff is always very helpful and accurate . The Branch Manager and Every Staff Member provide Excellent Service . I Recommend this BB&T , they are like family .

  I was just at this branch making a deposit, I wasn't aware that you could not deposit cash into someone else's account. I went to talk to the branch banker who is Rolando Lugo, as he explains to me that he dosen't make the rules he rolls his chair back and throws his hands in the air saying it in a loud very mean voice. I will be getting a hold of corporate to file a complaint.

  Consumer Alert!!!! This banking institution will steal your money through manipulated the timing of your deposits and debits to incur banking fees. They conned me out of over $600 in one day! I closed the accounts and will not ever do business with them again. Horrible horrible thievery! Shame on them!!!

  Worst branch, 4/5 times they input check amount wrong. I give them a shot once a year. Done with them.

  I have been with BB&T for years..I am very pleased with them..they help you in every way possible..Cindy opened my account..wonderful person..only one thing, don't need a greeter at the bahia vista branch..had a bad experience with her..but other than that..very satisfied.
