kimberly Lee (Kim lee)5Ive banked at this bank for several years now, my parents bank there and my son and daughter also.weve never had a bad experience yet. Only thing is they dont help younger people get credit started like other banks, they say you have to have perfect credit already, whichmakes no sense.

Caitlin Tidwell1They steal money from deceased clients. My mother passed away October 1st 2020, they were notified on that day that she had passed and they put a block on the account. I spoke to an employee a couple days later to find out exactly what we needed to do in order to access her account. I was told I needed documentation from the court saying I was her executive. I found out this week that I didn’t actually need anything through probate court as her amount of assets were under $10,000 so I brought a notarized small estate affidavit into the bank which had me sign another notarized form and released me 25% of what was originally in my mothers account as they have charged a monthly maintenance fee for the last 11 months because we never brought a death certificate in which we were never told we needed to. So 75% of my mothers money was taken by the bank.

Preston King2Refusing to cash check that I gave to my landlord because the signature didn't look right?? Never minding that the landlord has been cashing same amount on same account for sevreal months. I had to make 2 trips in person to clear this up. I can appreciate the vigilance BUT NOT the smirky smart attitude of the teller....guess that is all the control she has in her life. Go to another bank!

Amanda Woodcock1Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Little to no help from the staff. Was told if I close my account that I will not receive money left in the account.

miguelina felix1Not a very good experience, I don't like it, no money is not reflected quickly and then they distribute it among my accounts, and there was money that was never reflected Ellis told me to spend it but it did not leave me satisfied with the answer. I could never have spent it because I never clarify.
