  Ali Rayburn is amazing at what she does! I needed to open a new account , being from out of state I didn’t know what the protocol was going to be as far as going into the branch. Ali was able to open both accounts for me with no issue , everything was sanitary and fast! Thank you Ali!!

  I always hate coming here they always have a long wait time! Also had a bad experience with one of the tellers, she put the money through the money counting machine and it didn’t pick up one of the $100 bills and she said your missing $100 from your deposit and I was shocked bc I knew that I had the money right, so I asked her where my $100 were and she said that I didn’t hand her a $100 and that she would give me a call if she saw anything weird at the end of the day and than when I was about to leave another teller is like “who’s is this $100 bill” (in the money counting machine) and I said “ that’s my missing $100” and the teller that was “helping me” was like “that $100 bill was already in the machine,that’s the banks $100 bill that’s not yours” so she was being so rude to me and making up all these lies! So the next day they call me saying we have $100 that we found would u like to come deposit them! I would suggest if your a customer count your money in front of the teller bc they will try to scam you! I would suggest go bank with someone else

  Ms. Ali Rayburn, You are the best! My account was in a mess due to fraudulent transactions and she took the time to listen and fix us right up! It was a very pleasant experience working with her. I was dreading having to go in and explain what all happened & trying to get it fixed I just knew was going to be a nightmare! I WAS SO WRONG! She was efficient, knew exactly how to get our account corrected and was sweet as sugar about ALL of it! One of the best "bad" experiences I've ever had. THANK YOU ALI !!!

  Manager is deceitful. I won't mention her name. But, I do know a few tellers that are very helpful, but, few and far between. Also, my experience occurred when the past president was there. He's since retired. I did move on to another bank and am very happy.

  Good luck trying to get in an out within 45 mins. Only one person ahead of me and 5 behind me and still took that long. Tellers go extremely slow and don’t value their customers time. They are rude, the manager is unkind and they love to be the bearer of bad news. I have to drive to sweetwater branch for my banking. Sad, very pathetic customer service is Athens branch. They need MAJOR training!

  Was given alot of information about opening my checking account with them 2 days ago. Went over on line banking also. Was in and out withknowledge in 25cminutes. Very friendly.

  Place is so frieking slow. I'm thinking about moving my loan somewhere else. Especially after I wasn't even noticed for 5 minutes I'm definitely leaving this craphole and going somewhere else

  Twice now I've attempted to use their night drop box after hours and it has been locked. This location does not make banking easy.
