  BB&T in Russell Springs is essentially a joke, as with BB&T in general. It takes 5+ days for a local resident's check to be deposited into my account. This is a local Russell County resident!! I'm trying to cover bills from Indiana, and this is not acceptable! Try going to BB&T's website, or the local one in Russell Springs, with any kind of question relating to this--Good Luck! I pulled my investment out of there when one of their "crack" financial advisers never called me with any input on my investment when they promised they would. Yeah, I know it's small town, but that doesn't mean it has to be "Hooterville." Let's move into almost 2020! I am considering other options for my money. For you in Russell County, there is the Jamestown Bank, Community Trust, and Citizens National. Choose wisely!

  The ladies working at the counter and the window are very sweet and helpful. However, good luck getting Brenda to answer her phone or return a call. Unless of course you are a wealthy person with a lot of money to move around.

  This is a wonderful little bank where they go out of the way to help you! I've been with different banks but none come close to matching BB&T in service.

  My only regret is that BB&T doesn't have a bank in my home town!

  BB&T is the best bank out there!
