  I have only had a account for a week, but so far every single person in the Norman locations have been amazing! Brent has been really patient with all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me understand everything and helped me get a credit card. Thank you guys for making me feel welcome and making this transition less intimating.

  I came in due to a fraudulent charge on my account. They worked very quickly to close my card, print a new one and dispute the charge.

  Brent Teel was a great help in moving a deposit a inadvertently put in my accounts instead of my dad . He also was able to research and find a previous deposit which I had not recorded .

  If I could’ve given 0 stars I would’ve, came in October to pay off my husbands vehicle which turned into a much harder process than needed. Made sure before I left my auto payment for my other vehicle was still good. Now where in November my payment never pulled and no courtesy phone call to let me know. I came back into the banking center today and had to wait while one of the workers walked out while knowing I was waiting! Horrible customer service!!

  Brandon W was amazing from the first initial contact for refinancing our auto loan. He managed to reduce our interest rate by almost 8%.
