  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Trident Mortgage Group. Roger was extremely professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about what the market was doing. I got bids from multiple sources, both other brokers as well as direct lenders, and no one could touch Trident Mortgage's offering. Roger helped lay out all my options so I could make the decision on which option was best based on my long term goals. When I decided to move forward with Trident, Roger was patient and locked my rate at the lowest rate it had been year-to-date. Then he was very accessible throughout the process to answer any questions that came up along the way. Perhaps best of all, Roger knew how to get things done. There were several unique circumstances that popped up along the way with the lender, and Roger was able to quickly address them. He was able to close escrow in less than a month from the date I filled out the application. I would definitely recommend Trident Mortgage Group.

  I just recently refinanced my home with Trident Mortgage Group, Inc. Roger is the consummate professional and guided me through the loan process from beginning to end and explained all the nuances associated with refinancing in this day and age. The process which seemed daunting at first was eased by Rogers knowledge and focus on getting the job done. Roger at Trident Mortgage Group Inc. proved that he could get the loan done quickly and as promised, with no surprises. I will always look to Roger for any of my refinancing needs in the future.

  Recently closed a mortgage with Roger at Trident. I reached out to him after seeing all 5 star reviews. Those set high expectations already and they were still exceeded. Roger's word is gold and he works quickly and efficiently, always available to answer questions and put you at ease. He even volunteered to handle an issue after closing in which my insurance information had to be communicated to the bank to make sure they made the payment on time. I highly recommend Roger to anyone shopping for a loan.

  My financial files were a giant messy pile and despite our lack of organization, Roger managed to get our loan application approved and locked in quickly and efficiently within an hour of our first conversation. We were hesitant to use a broker after hearing horror stories from friends of ours who worked with less competent Mortgage Brokers. Nothing was further from the truth here! Professionalism defined! I would highly recommend working with Roger and his team. He saved us a lot of stress and hassle going to a big bank.

  Can't say enough about this place. They made the process easy and saved me money. Almost got my mortgage through a local credit union but then a friend told me about Roger and the guys at Trident. Had a good call with Roger and right away I could tell this guy was a wiz. He gave me the inside scoop on a lot of mortgage misconceptions that I thought were the real deal. Committing to something long term had me stressing and I kept wanting to hold out for rates to get better, but the guy is like a psychic. He told me that rates were going to go up and convinced me to lock in a loan even though I thought I might be able to get a little bit better terms, but sure enough over the next month or so rates kept going in the wrong direction. I'm not good with numbers, but I did the math and that decision alone saved me thousands of dollars. Saving money was most important for me, but it was also great that when there were a few hiccups in the process (both my fault, was my first time getting a mortgage) and freaked out, I called Roger directly and he answered my questions thoroughly AND THEN followed up with me to provide even more insight and info. You know how when you're traveling and go on a tour, sometimes things get a little crazy and scary but you trust the tour guide because they've been through it so many times? That's how I felt with Trident. Couldn't have imagined doing this without them or what it would have been like with some banker who made me call a 1-800 number every time I had a question.

  A few months ago I read an article in the LA Times with regards to rates for re-financing. The article referenced Trident Mortgage . I called Trident and spoke to Rodger and told him that I would like to re-finance. He promptly explained what kind of a loan he thought would work for us and what the exact cost was and also what rate we could expect. Within the week we had faxed the necessary paperwork and shortly thereafter we were approved. Rodger was extremely professional and explained the new loan so we could easily understand what we were getting. Over the years we have re-financed but I have to say that Rodger was the best at being totally upfront about rates, cost, and the length of time to complete our loan. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of doing any kind of a home loan. As a matter of fact I called him again today to let him know if rates go lower we would like to re-fi again.

  Initially I was looking to refinance my home. I had entered my info on the internet and was totally overwhelmed with the amount of calls I received from big corporations that made me feel like just a dollar sign, so I was loosing interest. After speaking with Roger at Trident I was explained in detail about how it would go, what to expect and the best part the truth. I thought I understood this process and after my experience I know a whole lot more. He was upfront, called with updates, explanations and I felt like I was in good hands. I had a bad taste in my mouth when I thought of mortgage brokers but have faith now. I later decided to buy a condo and knew exactly where to go. With a few hiccups in the road Roger explained them to me in detail and "always" looked out for my best interest. I got my condo and was aware exactly what was going on through out the process. I don't do many reviews but just had to this time. I'm 100% content and happy with this company and will refer all friends and family.

  When I called and first spoke Roger, I was pleasantly surprised how easy he was to talk too. He was straight to the point and extremely professional. He exlained what he could do for me and how long it would take. Everything he told me he followed up and did. From the loan approval to the locking in the rate for my loan. Everything was documented for me to see. He kept me up to date throughout the process. In hindsight what I thought was a unique loan situation, in reality wasn't unique at all. It just took the right person to explain and walk me through the steps of the process and to understand what was going on and why. His ability to make the process tranparent and simple made me very comfortable. My loan closed on time and without any delay. I attribute this the Roger's experience and attention to detail. I highly recommend Roger for anyone looking for a straight forward home loan experience.
