This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.

Gtehk1I've been disappointed so many times by Tri Counties. I can't even pay my bills on time because their system shuts down randomly. Nothing worse than having money and not being able to access it. I can't speak to an agent for help. I feel played choosing this banking company. Lost all trust for Tri Counties Bank.
