  In my past experiences dealing with banks none of it has ever really been good. Several times ive been made to feel like I was at the bottom of the list and not a priority at all. This is not the case with Travis Credit Unions Jonathon at their Peabody location in Vacaville. Hes had outstanding customer service, always made sure I understood everything and just been overall incredibly friendly and helpful. Im not sure what theyre paying him but its not enough. You guys need about 8 more just like him. Jonathon thank you for your amazing customer service man

  Tellers were nice, but lady in the cubicle was rude. Was waiting in their lobby but my 1 year old was getting bored so I stood up and calmed her down. Ushar Reddy told us to sit down until we were called, but I told her that my daughter might get bored and start crying. She got mad because we might be getting in the way of people going to their front information desk. Mind you we were the only ones waiting and we were the only clients in the bank. She was rude and had an attitude when she was assisting us. She needs to work on her people skills and communication skills because she sucks at it.

  Usha Reddy was so nice to me during my Auto loan , she was so professional and calm , she missed her lunch due to my loan process .Thank you so much Usha.

  I have been using Travis for over a year now and I’m very happy with this credit union. This is the branch i go to and the people are always very helpful.
