      Debbie is really friendly, but I agree charging for a loan whether your approved or not is ridiculous. Also no where to deposit on wknds or any day for that matter. No one returns calls, I wish they would change their practices ... also they don’t specify what your credit score should be so you can apply for the loan .

      If I could give less stars I would. Tried joining on July 8 and was told they would send me start up packet. 8 calls later still nothing. They even don’t return calls when you ask questions and they say they’re looking into it instead of just sending the packet to you. These people are clowns.

      They are the worst at loans, they now charge you to feel out a loan application. Even if you have direct deposit with them, they are the hardest place yo get approved by. I will be changing who I bank with soon. P.S.T.C is the best credit union out there!
