  Apparently the employee and his manager didn't know the difference between a ratchet and a torque wrench so they posted an ad offering a torque wrench with sockets for $39 with a picture of both items next to each other. I drove 20 minutes to find out there was no torque wrench included that they wanted $39 for some used sockets and a ratchet that's not worth even $20 used all in a baggie mixed up. They either really don't know what they're doing or when I asked about the item they bumped the price up. Would never waste my time going to this location again with these inexperienced amateurs.

  My first time getting a loan here. I was very hesitant at first but Joe explained every detail. Super impressed with his professionalism and attitude. Super cool guy & knows his stuff. I will definitely be back.

  If you do purchasing for a tax-exempt non-profit, be aware that they will not honor that at this location. Which, of course, is illegal. We negotiated a price on an item, and when I went to purchase and presented tax-exempt credentials, they rejected it saying that the agreement was the price plus sales tax. They claimed, and I quote: "not including sales tax hurts our margins." This is, of course, false, because sales tax is a pass-through payment. When I explained that sales tax has no bearing on their profits, he shifted tactics to "I will have to call my boss to approve the sales tax exemption and he will get angry at me for giving you such a low price." This, of course, is not my problem. In the end, he gave me the item for the agreed upon price with sales tax included. Which -- you guessed it -- actually did hurt their margin. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  I went in here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I was looking for a new tablet, but needed a deal. I'm not used to pawnshops so I was kind of surprised what a good selection they had. Who knew?? They had no problem letting me tryout several tablets and find what I needed. Walked out with an iPad Pro with a case at a good price. Thanks Jovanny!!!

  Straight and simple these fellas SOLD ME BROKEN TOOLS. I kindly asked them to make an exception to their NO RETURNS policy since nobody wants to be known for selling broken tools. Their quick and utter denial for any help, explanation, or refund felt extremely scammy and planned.

  I needed a loan on 2 of my brand new Micheal Kors purses and they only offered me $60 for both when together they cost almost $500, no way i would settle for $60 when i know my purses are worth more. Here's the bad part i look over and there was a MK purse just like mine that they were selling i asked how much for the purse jose said it was $289, and im like so you are going to offer me $60 but trying to sell them for almost $300 no way. Do Not Do Business With Them They Are A Rip Off.

  I was contacted this morning through a text message from Joe informing of an item that just sold yesterday for $550 was now available today for purchase. Joe tells me his manager Denise says the price is now $800 and that's the best they can do. Thanks for wasting my time.

  I visited Top Cash Pawn on Runberg today, & my experience was nothing but pleasant...Mr. jose & Mr. Victor greeted me as I entered the door...Mr.Jose took care of my transaction with much professionalism. He was very pleasant & answered all my questions. While I was waiting for my ride, Mr. Victor offered me a chair as well as some water. Mr.josh as well as Mr. Victor are the kind of employees one would want to encounter when entering a business.. A very satisfied customer..Oh....& I am a black women...Thank You..
