  We closed recently on a Brooklyn coop with the help of Tony and his team and we were very pleased with the whole process. We were able to secure a great and competitive rate through Investors. Tony and his team were knowledgeable, moved very quickly, and responded instantly to any and all questions. I have no doubt I'll recommend Tony and his team to friends in the future.

  Look no further. We had quite possibly one of the craziest, problematic home purchases you'll ever hear of (no fault of Tony's). Tony was on point, honest, always available, and walked us through everything when we needed him. Not to mention his rates always beat out the competition. If you found Tony, consider yourself lucky.

  I just got a mortgage through Tony and his team and it was a great experience. They helped us meet a somewhat aggressive timeline for closing and were very on top of all the necessary documents, communicating with us constantly throughout the process and responding fast to our many questions. They also identified programs we were eligible for that allowed for significant savings in closing costs. I wouldn't say the process of applying for a mortgage is fun, but overall I think this was as good as a mortgage experience possibly can be. I'd gladly work with Tony again.

  Tony and his team did a wonderful job throughout the transaction. Tony was extremely responsive, attentive and always one step ahead. He constantly reached out with updates about rates, closing costs and any updates throughout the process. I would highly recommend using Tony for your mortgage needs.

  Although this is my 5th home purchase, I've never bought in New York. As anyone will learn, the process to close on a home here is unlike buying anywhere else in the country (or the world). Being able to rely on your mortgage broker to patiently explain the process every step of the way makes a difference. I want to take a moment to compliment Tony and his team for the best customer service I've ever received from a Mortgage Broker. He always answers the phone, responds to emails the day of, and will patiently answer any questions that come up. The added bonus: his mortgage rates are competitive as well (I know because I shopped my loan with 4 companies)! I'm so happy to have found the best mortgage broker in town!

  Tony and his team were transparent, honest, and professional throughout the underwriting and ultimate mortgage issuance process. We purchased a condo in New York City and received an extremely competitive rate on a jumbo mortgage. I highly recommend Tony to homebuyers!

  Short story, the Covid virus shutting down our business temporarily which led to our previous bank pulling their mortgage commitment a week before the closing (avoid Citizens Bank at all costs!). Tony Jao and his team reviewed all of our assets & high credit scores and determined we were low risk, something the previous bank Citizens wold NOT do. The interest rate was higher due to our halt in business income, but that was to be expected, and it was the lowest rate we could find under the circumstances which was in the middle of April 2020. No mortgage is ever easy, but Tony and his team made the process extremely smooth compared to other banks I've dealt with. Communication with Tony and his team was frequent and consistent. Tony is very patient, knowledgeable, calm, and the consummate professional and problem solver. As we start this new phase of real estate, we are going to have Tony Jao as the centerpiece of the team we re-build around. If Tony Jao ever moves to another bank, we will take our business there accordingly.

  When going through the mortgage process, you want someone you can trust, is reliable, and responsive. Tony checks all the boxes. He was trustworthy, clear and to the point, and most of all, always quick to reply to emails and/or pick up the phone. I would gladly go through Tony again in the future.

  Tony Jao, and everyone we worked with at Investors Bank, were nothing short of fantastic. He took a complex and stressful process (buying a coop in Manhattan) and made it clear and as stress-free as that process could be - especially for first time home buyers. Tony always answered his phone personally every time we called and always made time to answer all our questions.
