  None of my experiences with this bank have been great. First they check your credit for everything. You open an account, they check your credit. You open another one for your child a week later, they check it again. These inquiries bring down your score. I can understand running your credit if you apply for a loan but if Im just looking for a place to put my money it’s pointless. If you want to do any real banking then you will have to take time off work, since they dont stay open later on some days like other banks and since their lobby is closed on Saturdays. Just pray that they actually have someone in there that can do something other than cash a check.

  DONT trust this credit union. Fees are outrageous, takes literally 20 mins to get somebody on the phone. they have maximum 2 people working there because they are lazy. IOTT Insurance upstairs are terrible people and crooks. PLEASE, Go to Blissfield State Bank instead.

  This bank is the worst!! Drive through tellers are rude and unprofessional. On more than one occasion I have left angry and annoyed.

  We have been with TLC over 20 years. Great people, timely service, convenient location, all makes TLC our choice for banking.

  Every single time I go to this branch someone is rude. Today, the young teller in the drive through was exceptionally rude. I’m even going to call on Monday to speak to the manager. I wish I could say this is the first time- but it’s not. Go elsewhere.
