  The customer service here really is the best. Any time I have a problem, the workers here make sure it's easily and quickly resolved. I'd always like to add that they are very respectful to me as a transgender person. Everyone I've spoken to there has, without fail, used the correct name and pronouns for me, despite my legal name still being on all my documentation. I feel very lucky to work with them.

  These people are the best by FAR!!!, I am a very busy person who isn't but let me tell you what happened, I have been trying to re fi my boat and pick up for a lower rate, these people instead of giving up found a way to help ME. They came to my work with all documents ready to sign, now who does that in today's world, They have always been very sincere, Go down there Today in Newport, Tillamook, and you won't be disappointed, Stephanie, and Stacey went the extra mile and I really appreciate it.   This is the very best of best. I have had an account with TLC since they first arrived and opened a branch. I enjoy working with people who treat me as an individual, not a number.

  They don’t exchange cash without and account. I needed to get change from a $20 bill I just got from their ATM.
