  Great place to go if you ever need a quick loan. Jorge and Crystal are and awesome team. They will take the time to really go over all the numbers to make sure you have the best and easiest experience. You can tell they genuinely care about getting you the money you need and helping to get your title back quickly.

  I've had a title loan before with another Loan company like Title Max. I was in that store fore quite awhile. This was NOT the case however while working with Crystal on my contract at this Laveen location. She was very friendly, professional, as She walked me through each step with ease and explained what my terms were. Let's be honest, no one ever WANTS to get a title loan, but sometimes life just happens and it's your last resort option. I was made to feel comfortable and reassured that as long as I remained good on my end, that I'd be alright. With no early payoff penalty and by staying ahead of the game/payments. I also borrowed on the low end, not the entire amount I was qualified for. May I suggest taking what you need. It can be tempting to do more, but you are able to update your contract as needed. I needed more than what I asked for the 1st time around. I was able to go back and take more of what I was already qualified for. And then I had to do it again. So borrow a little over what you think you might need. And hopefully Crystal will be the one to handle your loan..can't go wrong with her.

  They provided me with great service and work with everyone. The customer service was amazing. I was in and out in no time with money in hand. I highly suggest them to anyone looking to get money fast. Special thanks to Jorge who helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and was to the point.   Second time at Titlemax Laveen. Workers there are great. Had the pleasure to be helped by Jorge and Crystal those guys are awesome. When ever I need some extra cash I can always get it there with a smile and kind words. Love these guys.

  The staff is amazing! They are extremely friendly, polite, and professional! I felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to help us get a title loan. The absolute best customer service I had a wonderful experience at this location.

  The woman that works there gas horrible customer service... Makes promises she doesn't keep says she will call you back and doesn't. Working for a company like his you have to know people are coming to you because they are in some type of hardship so yo be rude and not understanding maybe you should find a different profession where you are not customer facing people with hardships.

  Jorge was great went over the numbers and everything got what I needed and could have got more with no problem been to other title loan places but title max mas got me the most up to 80% of my cars value no other place has ever done that
