      I’m done with this bank. They’ve always disabled my debit card when I’m out of state. On Saturday We barely had enough gas to make it back to Oklahoma and then had to borrow money to get home. Currently waiting until Tuesday when they open (after the 4th of July), to finally activate my card to have money to eat and drive. They don’t have after hours customer service either so this can only be fixed on business hours. Imagine having money but can’t spend it because a computer at an outdated bank says so, and can’t pay for your food you just ate at a restaurant, having to end your vacation early while being 400 miles from home.

      Easily the best banking experience I’ve ever had. Every time you qualify for a better deal they let you know (credit card, loan, etc.). Their interest rates are low, their customer service is great. They make you feel welcome when you walk in, and to top it off their lines are never too long. Overall, a great place to get your financial services from.

      TFCU is THE BEST..... They have been so good to us... We tell everyone GO TO TFCU. We THANK YOU!!! But there is one problem, you have a employee that makes our bank visit unpleasant. Hes rude and unpolite. Employee 9570 . needs to greet and smile.

      I opened my first credit union account here shortly after they opened their Stillwater branch. The people here are really friendly, but when you see the interest rate on the checking account, this becomes a no-brainer. This is my favorite place to bank in Stillwater.
