  WARNIG: Tahmosh and his assistant Amy Smithling will lead you down a rosy garden path with repeated assurances that your loan application is solid and sure to be approved as promised. In my case, after wasting two weeks and many hours providing hundreds of pages of documents, Tahmosh called to say they were ready to close - BUT OOPs, sorry the loan amount will be reduced by 40% and the rate (which I was told was locked) will increase by 24 bps. He offered a lame, illogical excuse - but no apology. If I could give a minus star rating I would do so.
