  They won't let me take my boyfriend off my account and we both when in to do it, I've had this account since 1994, they told me that I have to close it down and open another one and refuse to help me transfer all of my electronic deposit and payments .

  The mistakes by this bank is off the wall. Asked to stop payment and they make two payments. Countless mistakes and bad service. I am changing banks now. They can't be trusted at all.

  A drive-thruTeller deposited my check into someone else's account not a very competent person if you ask me. This is Not the first time this has happened to me. ALSO it would be nice to have 24 hour 7 days a week customer service so they can fix this kind of problem so people can have access to their own money instead of it setting in someone else's account all weekend!

  I recently spent the month of Christmas out of State. While I was traveling I received a Security Alert concerning my Debit Card. I had used it online at an unfamiliar site in Canada. I'm still being taken care of and protected by one of the Best Banks in the Nation.I called the number and confirmed it was indeed my transaction and Thanked the Security Person I spoke with for being so attentive to detail in my behalf. THANK YOU Savings Bank & Staff. You are a blessing and a great service to our community.

  My wife and I have been doing business the Savings Bank for forty years, and have never had a problem. I am on a first name basis with just about everybody. We have checking, savings, and have had several loans with them over the years. Very pleasant people to deal with.

  The hours listed for the Circleville location are completely wrong. When I first looked the night before I thought it was odd a bank being open until 5PM on Saturday. So I called at 12:45 and was told they were closed and had closed at 12:00 noon!! Word of advice Savings Bank .... make your hours correct online so your customers are not misled!!

  You can’t even sneeze without these people shutting your card off for NO REASON. I can’t wait to get out of this town so I can get a different bank.

  Have been a member here for over 10 years. Finally fed up with the outdated methods to conduct business and process transactions. Rates have become terrible. Requires you to be on-site for pretty much everything making any little transaction an inconvenience. Switched to BMI and have never been happier; I did not know what I was missing.

  I have been dealing with this bank for over 30 years ❤️it is a great bank ❤️not a good bank❤️ a great bank. ❤️They have always tailored loans to all of my needs every step of the way I really appreciate the savings bank thank you very much for being there for me❤️💕👍
