She is very professional, honest and always responding almost immediately when we had questions during our home buying process; it made it go smoothly as first time home buyers.   I have refinanced with Kathy at The Mortgage House two times now and it has gone seamlessly. We just completed the 2nd refi and with our current situation everything was virtual/digital until the end. Kathy is very patient and informative. She kept me updated on what rates were doing for a long time before I finally decided to lock in a rate. I was also kept up to date and had all of my questions answered quickly during the process. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to refi or purchase.
