  It was my first time going through the process to qualify for a mortgage although my husband and I were doing a refinance together. Cynthia and her team went above and beyond to help me through the process. Things were extra complicated due to the COVID-19 procedures that have been put in place, but Cynthia helped us throughout. We appreciate everything she's done to help us get approved and close on our mortgage.

After providing all documents and paperwork required to completed it was only a short time later and I was signing the final papers.   Katie was very attentive she took very good care of us and always let us know what was going on. She was positive about us being able to purchase our home and she did everything in her power to make us feel comfortable. I would recommend the mortgage company highly.
