  BEWARE!!! MY HUSBAND AND I HAD SEVERAL MEETINGS WITH BROKER PAT MOODY. THEN WHEN CALLED BACK TO MEET AN APPT TIME WAS TOLD TGAT CREDIT WAS RAN AGAIN!. WHY WHEN WE WERE PROGRESSING AND THEN SAY TAKE MORTGAGE ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THEY GOT FOUND OUT. The response received from The Mentioned Agency is false as well...... Beware if someone talks over you and tells you they will not speak to you but only to your spouse and you are the one that has conducted ALL prior business then when spouse does call is only told "Bye" and hung up on. You do NOT conduct a mortgage Agency this way. When I came to retrieve the credit info I contacted agencies also credit report shows you RAN It twice. Your assistant will cost you ALOT of business. You guys should BEWARE of wolves in your den. She is very misleading and is not familiar with a situation before calling clients and then when I get there was told by Broker to excuse language but to" Take your damn Mortgage elsewhere" because you heard. One side of a conversation. I was completely shocked. Also Judy the seller also came in to get fha guidelines for a mobile home and was treated very rude. Be ashamed of yourselves.

  Crasanda, as we tried multiple times to explain. Your credit was NOT ran again, it was simply updated from your original report. As the lady tried to explain to you, there was a glitch in the system and she had to go back to the original credit reporting agency and pull another copy of your SAME credit report. You will see on the report provided to you it was originally ordered back in early May. It was only done this one time. There is a difference between an original credit pull and an updated report. I am sorry you felt this way but we tried to explain it to you over the phone multiple times. Unfortunately technical glitches are just simply out of our control sometimes. We wish you the best of luck in the future and apologize for your trouble, however it was not a new credit pull. It was your original report.
