  Courtney and the rest of the staff at The Horn Funding Group has been a phenomenal company to work with as first time home buyers! From trying to decide what mortgage lender to go through, through the entire closing process, Courtney made herself available to answer all of our questions within a timely fashion and in comprehensive terms we were able to understand. Courtney worked extremely well with our realtor, putting together numbers for different offers within minutes of us letting her know we were ready to write an offer. This made the process so seamless and way less stressful having a lender with such quick communication skills. I truly do not think that we would have continued putting offers in during this crazy market if it wasn’t for her strong communication skills and willingness to talk us through every step of the home buying process. I even came down with an illness on closing day, and she was so quick to respond and come up with solutions so we could close at our scheduled time. I couldn’t recommend Courtney and The Horn Funding group enough, and am so glad we found her!!!

  I recently refinanced my home with Horn Funding to a 15 year loan to take advantage of current rates. I compared Horn Funding to 4 other lenders and of course the other lenders said they could match any other lender, but Horn Funding was competitive without me asking them to be. It feels good to give my business to someone who is local and also gives back to the community through their charitable efforts. If I have to finance/refinance again in the future I would choose them again!

  When my wife and I started looking to purchase a new home, we did not know much about mortgage or how it works. We really wanted to find someone honest and trustworthy to help us get the best loan possible. Meeting Courtney was a breathe of fresh air. She was far more concerned about educating us than selling us. She spent a lot of time helping me understand exactly how loans work and was always available for me to ask questions. I’m confident there was no better loan we could have possibly gotten. She and her husband own the company and have built all the software they use which was far different and more beneficial than just working with a regular loan officer. She also made the whole loan process simple and easy. It was daunting having to collect all of the documents necessary to get qualified but she walked us through it step by step so it didn’t end up becoming a headache. Lastly, and probably my favorite part- our 2 year old son sat on her lap during the closing and drew pictures with her! Courtney is an amazing balance of care & compassion along with top notch mortgage expertise.
