  Brent and his team made this first time homebuyer feel like I was their only client. No matter how many stupid questions I asked, they always were willing to answer, and hold my hand (well not literally) to walk me through the process ---I think that they would have held my hand if i had asked. I had some unforseen- health issues arise during the process, and Brent and his team did everything they could to make sure that my process went through without any problems. I can assure you, I will you Brent and his team in the future for all my home buying needs.

  I highly recommend Alan Hardan, Senior Loan Officer, for Cardinal Financial. He is easy to work with and knowledgeable. Alan walked me carefully and accurately through every step. The online secure portal experience was easy and efficient. Alan was always patient and genuine and provided detailed explanations of all my questions.   In early August we'd found our new home, only the sellers wanted the deal done by the end of the month -- in 21 days. We contacted three mortgage providers, First Choice among them, and were immediately impressed! They were the first to get back to us, and the first to show us a plan to close in 21 days -- all while we were traveling out of state! Brent and his team are literally awesome. From the first conversation they outlined what needed to happen, what they needed to do, what they needed from us, and when, and never was there even a hitch in the process. They even had someone attend our closing, thanks Brittany -- to make absolutely certain everything went smoothly. They made it seem effortless. If you're looking for a great mortgage team, as well as a great mortgage rate, then First Choice is really your only choice.

  If you are going to refinance, you couldn't wish for a better consultant than Igor Silva. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is also friendly and helpful. Mr. Silva helped me throughout my entire refi and made, what I thought was to be very scary, a rather easy and pleasant experience. He's the best!!!!

  I HIGHLY recommend Brent & the Hicks Group for anyone that's trying to get a mortgage! Before my wife & I worked with Brent we were denied by THREE different lenders for various reasons. We had pretty much given up on the whole process. Our realtor put us in touch with Brent just to see if he could possibly help. Brent stepped in and got us approved almost immediately. Brent is very knowledgeable which helped him counter any issue that came up along the way. He was constantly in contact to help guide us through the whole process. I actually understood all of the documents that we signed at the closing table because he simplified everything in advance. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

  Brent was referred to me by my old relator in Dallas to help me find a home in California. He encouraged me to do the pre qualification and in the beginning seemed very helpful and attentive. Literally after completing my paperwork I received could not get in touch with him. Calls text emails with no response. I finally moved on with someone else but I urge you to be cautious when working with anyone who would without reason do this to anyone. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt even has my old relator reach out to him and see if everything was ok. She spoke with him in which he said he would call and never did. Again this is unfortunately my experience for my first time looking to purchase. I would give zero stars if possible so do be careful l!!

  Brent and the First Choice team were wonderful to work with during our recent home closing. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and reactive in all circumstances. It really makes the mortgage experience so much easier when you have a team that makes short work of it for you. Eric Butler is amazing. We have worked with him before and followed him over to First Choice. Thank you, First Choice for making it happen for us and for making sure that we were well cared for in the process.   Started to refinance my home on 6/23/20. The loan officer assigned to me is Treg Jeffrey and Sara lemoine. It's a nightmare dealing with Jeff, he never answers my call or respond to text or email. Once in a while Sara answers my call after several days of attempts to reach her. All I get is automated email to send them updated pay stubs and current mortgage statements which are only good for so long, then expires and repeat the same thing again. Today is September 21st and no closing in sight. Rate lock extended many times and still counting. Cardinal should be doing business in a third world country.
