      This bank did not get a return address on me and decided to shut off my debit card while I’m not even in the state and gave me no notice.. now they can’t Figure out why they can’t turn my card back on now. Now the branch manager is saying that somehow my information got lost. I do not recommend us bank until they get proper management.

      I walked in and immediately the atmosphere was off. They were all very unfriendly and the teller was acting as if she was ready to get off and did not want to be bothered. I am a new customer and I will change banks as soon as I have time. I am very busy and decided they would be convenient for me to do business with. I would rather go somewhere else and at least get a proper greeting or a smile when I walk through the door.
