  I'm very impressed with The Federal Savings Bank and their staff. I met Manny at a local event and he provided me with all of the information I need to purchase my first home. He is so professional, kind and most importantly honest. It was so easy to trust him. I submitted all of my docs to him and I was preapproved in one day!! 10/10

  I explained my situation, and the agent Thomas Matteo said no problem. Processing took 2 months, he kept asking me the docs I'd provided already, and I asked him if everything is fine.., he said 'no issues'. They charged me appraisal fee $600.00. 2 months later, I got declined. They gave me $540.00 back. I wasted time and money.

  Jen Simone and her assistant Yessy made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Jen couldn't be more helpful or accommodating. She answered all of our questions and got back to us promptly whether it was a weekend, weekday, morning or night. If she was not available she would communicate that and let us know a time when we would hear back from her and she delivered on that time. She took the time on several occasions to make sure we understood the process and our next steps. She met with us in person to review confusing documents. She was just a superstar the whole way through. Additionally, Yessy processed our documents efficiently and communicated clearly so we knew what we needed and when was the deadline to submit it. There aren't enough things I could say about this dynamic duo. Just overall pleasure to work with from the start through our closing and being my first home I felt extremely lucky to have them in my corner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a competent team who take stress away from a very stressful process.   My first home purchase was successful thanks to Jerry and Rosemarie. Buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can do, especially the days before closing; Jerry and Rosemarie were very patient with me, had great customer service and quick communication.   Mr. Javier Meneses from the day we met was very respectful and professional. He took his time to help me understand the process of loan application aswell as answered all my questions and took care of all my needs.
