      We have several accounts with this bank. We called six days ago to ask a simple transaction question and spoke to the Branch Manager. She was not able to answer our question and told us she would call us back. We are still waiting for a return call from her even after we left an additional message on her phone. Disappointing customer service.

      I recently made my last payment on my vehicle after four years, I never missed a payment, I applied in the branch for a credit card, after 30 days I haven't heard anything from them, called today and was told I was denied, it's okay that I was denied, the problem is the unprofessionalism that was shown from this financial institution
