  The Dang Team at PNC Bank is nothing short of incredible! Their speed and time to respond is very impressive, and they’re on top of their game at every step. Besides offering the best rates in the business, their team is extremely knowledgeable, explains all the options thoroughly and is always there to answer any questions. Khue and her team really do go above and beyond and are fully committed to their clients. In our case, I had an unavoidable trip at the time of our closing date, and they managed to shorten the closing period significantly just to accommodate my schedule! We felt completely at ease throughout the lending process and are impressed by how smoothly everything was handled. We will be working with them in the future for sure!

  As mortgage interest rate keeps rising, we were in a bit of a stretching situation. Khue and her team were very knowledgable / responsive and helped us better understand our financial situation as well as offered her suggestion around what could be our best mortgage terms. Once we went under contract, her team moved super (super...) fast and helped us sort through all kinds of documents. She and her team really made the stressful financing process really straightforward and easy. Highly recommend!

  Khue Dang and her team are thorough professionals. In my case, I needed an urgent pre-approval for a home we loved and wanted to put an offer for. Khue went out of her way to work late in the evening to get us a pre-approval in time. Also, once our offer was accepted, Khue and her team worked very diligently to not only get us the best interest rate possible, but also make sure our loan got approved and we closed in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend the Dang team to folks looking to finance their home purchase.
