  I’ve had the greatest experience working with Aryan and his brother. Buying a house is stressful enough but Aryan and his brother made the process easy for me. I had another lender that kept asking me for the same financial information over and over and he wanted 12 months of everything he was asking for. I was in escrow for 45 days with that lender and no closing. I spoke Aryan and his brother at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc., not only did they take my loan, only asking for 2 months of financial information instead of 12 months but they closed my loan in less than 2 (TWO) weeks. The seller lost faith that I would not be able to close the loan and put the property back on the market. Not only did Aryan and his brother get the loan done but they renewed the seller’s faith in me because they got the job done in eleven days. I am grateful and all the thanks and praise goes to them. Thank you two for your professionalism, your tenacity and quick service.

  Aryan & Arshia truly are amazing to work with. I am a realtor myself and have been lucky enough to have buyers use them and just closed on my own home personally that I trusted them to finance.   Aryan and his brother took amazing care of me, there needs to be more than 5 stars available to rate them! I had gone from place to place and was beginning to lose hope. Finally I was referred to Aryan. His process was top notch, they collected my information, came up with all of the options, and then scheduled a time for me to come into their office to discuss my OPTIONS! I went from “It can’t be done” to having options! None of the other people even bothered to meet with me, it was always just e-mail and phone. Aryan and his brother insisted on it and wow! Aryan’s knowledge on the financial and real estate markets blew me away. I knew I wanted to buy, but he made me feel so safe and secure in making the decision. By the end of it I understood how to make the long play on my home purchase versus just taking a short sighted approach. It doesn’t feel like I am just another customer, I felt like I was their only customer! The information I was provided showed me how I can use real estate as a successful retirement strategy and to accumulate wealth. Aryan told me his goal is to help me take this debt and use it to put more money in my pocket. Anyway in short, JUST DO IT! Trust the recipe, and go for it. You won’t regret working with him and the team!

  Chase Charifa was professional the whole way through but the best part was how willing he was to go the extra mile in researching and giving us any information we needed. No question was ever too trivial or annoying. Chase always wanted to inform us to the fullest. We felt like we had the most information to make the biggest purchase of our lives. He helped us at whatever time was needed. Simply the best. He always told us that he values referrals and I can see why. I will be definitely referring Chase Charifa to everyone I see.   I was referred to The Brothers M by my sister as she knew I was a firs time home buyer without much experience. I am beyond happy with the decision to go with them as Arshia and his brother helped answer all my questions and really provided a seamless and easy experience for my fiancé and I. I've never felt so comfortable asking lots of questions and the level of trust/communication/ and transparency was far beyond anything I could have hoped for.   Look No further! If you need a loan these are your guys! Aryan and Arshia were such a pleasure to work with. When I was referred to Aryan he was available to speak to me right away and immediately got to work on getting my loan approved. He sat down with me and went over all my options and provided a ton of information about what is happening in the financial markets— in the country and in my area. I really appreciated all the information and it helped me to feel very comfortable with the loan option I chose. Aryan was always available to help answer questions when I had them. I was so impressed that he was able to get me a loan because my financial situation is a little tricky. He made it happen- and fast. We closed in less than 30 days, my closing costs were much less than anticipated and I got a bunch of money back. I will absolutely work with these brothers again!
