  I personally used Brad and Acre mortgage to refinance my townhome to a rental. Everything was flawless in communication and what exactly i needed to do. Also In that same month got approvals for a new loan to purchase a single family home!! Brad and his team are Aces in my book and I have recommended him to many friends who are looking for all types of loans from first time home buyers to renovation loans!! Not using them is a disservice to yourself in my opinion.

  Brad's service is second to none. I've been involved with 2 home purchases, and my only regret is that our first purchase wasn't with Brad. Our first purchase my wife and I were left in the dark through the process which added to the stress of buying a property. Our second property we used Brad and it was a completely different experience. If my wife or I had any doubts or questions he gave us as much time and information as we needed. Not to mention we had a 203k loan and that can be complex and very difficult to manage. Not only did he write the loan in record time, he remained a ready resource during remodeling our home and helped smooth out some of the bumps along the way.   Everything went even smoother than anticipated. Everyone was helpful throughout each step of the way. When the sellers wanted to close within 30 days of the contract being signed I was concerned it could be done in that short of a time frame but the team over at Acre made it happen!
