Our previous mortgage applications were always painful with rates getting changed last minute, the same documents being requested numerous times, and days without any updates on the status of our application.   Bill has been amazing and our family is extremely fortunate to have met him! We met him through our realtor and unfortunately already secured a lender before meeting so we didn't actually use his services. However, he has always provided great service and answer all home loan our questions. Because he was so helpful, we decided he would be our refinance lender! Everytime we think of refinancing, we shoot him an email and he gives us his professional option on refinancing. Highly recommend! (Backstory: Our home lender turned out to be extremely inexperienced and unhelpful. Once our loan was completed we never heard back from our lender or the company again. Bill has been in contact with us ever since our first home purchase and has always kept in touch which we truly appreciate!)

  Bill's team from the very start, and throughout the entire process, provided prompt, easy, and enthusiastic communication. We were pre-approved by two other big lenders experienced in veteran home loans, but the communication, professionalism, knowledge, and reassurance provided by Bill and his team (especially Tonya), was superior from the start and made the choice an easy one.
