  Idk how this place got 5 stars but it's by far the worst place I have ever experienced. Our payments are $383 a month on a 2008 Chevy! We've been paying seven months now and not a DIME has went to principle!! 2 months ago I had made arrangements for the payment to be made a week late and low and behold it came out on the original date anyways!! After calling, it was the North Carolina offices fault and what I assume is the district manager called apologizing telling me how sorry they are and we are such great customers and why don't we go fill out some papers to go have the loan moved from NC to TN, which wld also put our payment off a month bc it's refinancing. Called us numerous times the last two months to get down there and do this. My husband goes down there today and it's not even possible unless we pay to have the loan brought down to $2500!! Why in the hell have we been called so many times to do this if it isn't even possible without spending more money?!?! I will NEVER EVER use this place again!!!

  I am a partner in a garage in Va. We had a car on our lot that had a balance owed on it to us for labor and storage. We also had been in contact with this company on more than one occasion. The last date being Friday Oct. 25th. They knew money was owed on the car and exactly how much. The gentleman I spoke with advised me that he would call me back, and did NOT contact me back, INSTEAD they sent a repo wrecker to get the car, WHILE WE WERE CLOSED, THE NEXT DAY ON SATURDAY the 26th, with no trespassing signs up and cameras, he took the car. On our lot no more than 2 minutes! He didn't even get out of the wrecker! So if you're a garage that has not been paid, this company DOES NOT CARE AND WILL NOT TRY TO WORK WITH YOU!! So now we have retained an attorney and have to go this route! This company is not to be trusted! Crooked as hell!
