  We had a wonderful experience working with Teela and her whole team (thank you to Jordan as well!) Teela is so professional and very knowledgeable. She made this whole process go much better than I anticipated. She went above and beyond to be available to answer questions (available at all times by phone and email and quick to respond). I would highly recommend her to anyone!

  Teela was fantastic. Answered all my questions in normal language was available for questions 24 seven and resolved a lot of problems we had with the seller very quickly. She’s also a nice person to work with and MM treated us better than our own bank. Highly recommended

  Working with Teela was a pleasure. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and never tired of providing explanations (so I guess that means patient). If I had a question and she was unsure of the answer, which did not happen often, she was not shy about telling me she would check and get back with me and she always did in a timely manner. In my experience, this is the sign of a true professional.The mortgage process was fast-paced, completed ahead of schedule and designed for the computer savvy individual.

  We worked with Teela and her team when buying our first home, and could not have had a better experience. Being a young couple, this was all very new to us, and Teela went above and beyond to make sure we understood every detail and answered every question, no matter how silly or small it might have been. We felt cared for and heard in a way I was not expecting while buying a home: they did their best to minimize any anxiety or frustration we had with the home buying process, and their communication and customer service was beyond reproach. Not only were we pre-approved, and had a wonderful buying experience, but we also felt educated in regards to next steps and what that would mean for us: whether that be refinancing in three years, selling in five years, or making it our forever home for the next 30. Could not recommend more!

  Use a different company! I completed all the paperwork online, and were in communication with them for a few weeks. We ended up deciding to try and purchase a home sooner than expected and they seemed to move at a snails pace. I thought the responsiveness was poor and after supplying everything that was requested we just stopped getting any emails. We tried 2-3 times to reach out and check on the status of our loan and got nothing in return!
