  Ted Buchanan is the most incredible mortgage professional! We have bought a couple of homes with him over the past 15+ years (and done some refinances with him over the years as rates fell). He is incredibly professional, thorough, prompt (he must be on email 24/7), flexible, and always has great rates and cost structures.   Great service and great rates. Ted made a very stressful process of closing on a home as smooth and easy as possible. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous and had lots of questions.   Ted and the Movement team are the best! This is our second refinance with Ted. Our first mortgage was unconventional since we purchased our home in a private sale and he was able to politely explain and walk us through everything. During this second finance, Ted was able to save us, at least, a couple hundred thousand over the life of our mortgage. I highly recommend!
