  This bank is a total joke! The service is awful, they are not available. They are rude and seem to hate their lives. I am confused why I would get this Credit Union vs a regular bank. They don't offer any perks. ATMs have fees, checking as a fee, savings needs a min balance, can't add a person to your account without an FBI clearance. The website and Mobile app are out of the 90s and do not function properly. HORRIBLE BANK. DO NOT GO HERE.

  Slow as hell even with the lobby open. Only 2 lanes open at a time for the drive thru when they have three. 30-45 minute wait is simply unacceptable.

  Hello John. We apologize for the long wait in the drive-up lane. You’ll be glad to know that beginning today, June 15, our lobbies are now open for routine teller transactions. Prior to today, our lobbies were open by appointment only for account maintenance and loan services. For more information on our lobby reopening, visit the credit union’s website at www.techcu.org.

  The credit union on ridge road ATM machine can’t even accept deposited .This credit union is such a inconvenience.You shouldn’t have to drive to another location to make a ATM deposit .Just ridiculous and pure foolery

  Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the ATM at our Gary branch. We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you are a Tech CU member, you can use the night depository located next to the ATM for deposits. Also, if depositing checks, our mobile app includes mobile check deposit feature.
