  Mike and his team were AMAZING! They were so patient and kind during the entire home buying process. Their communication was personalized and friendly, truly 5 star treatment as soon as I started working with them from day 1. I had heard from people that the process was going to be painful, but I had 0 issues with Mike's team, everything was smooth sailing and absolutely stress free.   Mike and his team recently helped my son secure a mortgage on his first home. Mike was terrific in locking in a good rate as the rates started to climb. Buying a house in 2022 involves a tremendous amount of paperwork, and Ashley was phenomenal (and very patient!) in making sure everything was submitted properly and timely. Escrow closed in an amazingly short period of time---17 days--without a glitch. We highly recommend this professional and efficient team.

  I was in a very tough situation and needed a refinance that had a lot of moving parts and challenges. On top of all of that it needed to be done in 3 weeks. Mike and his team were absolutely amazing! Not only did they accept the challenge, they hit it out of the ballpark! My loan was approved and ready to close in less than three weeks. They also were able to lower my rate and payment so that I will save me thousands each month. It was the most smooth and efficient loan process I have ever seen. Mike, Ashley and the whole team are the best in the business and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Home loan.

  I highly recommend Mike Silva and his team if you are looing for a home mortgage or refinance! We have worked with Mike for both our initial home loan and later a refinance as rates dropped. As first time buyers Mike made the process extremely easy and him or his team were always available for any questions we had. The refinance was even easier, with a seamless online paperwork portal and constant helpful updates from the team. Our refinance finished ahead of schedule with a better rate than originally planned!

  Mike and his team are excellent! I was a first time buyer and Mike was very helpful and patient in guiding me through the whole process. Also, he provided many loan options so that we could find a loan that enabled us to buy a house without needing 20% downpayment. At the same time, the interest rate was also good. Excellent customer service!
