  I have always used the services of Team One Credit Union for all of my large investments (home, car, etc.). They have always been very prompt/effective with any of their services. I currently enjoy being able to simply go on chat and transfer funds or and do any other service provided without having to drive to a local office.

  I love the people that work at my branch. Warm and cheerful, always trying to be helpful and see to my needs. The loan process is pretty straightforward and the manager who helped me was very pleasant. When I needed to update customer information, the took care of it expeditiously.

  I have banked exclusively with the Sandusky branch essentially my whole life and they’ve always been fantastic! The last couple weeks they have gone above and beyond taking care of our family ❤️ I’ve had the pleasure of working with Julie, Amanda, and Norah- each one has been stellar! Thanks for answering all of my questions and handling things efficiently- and with a smile!! All of the employees I’ve worked with through the years have smiles on their faces and get things done 👌🏻 I will continue to bring all of my business here!!

  Very helpful. I can email about getting a new loan and within a half hour they have it all set for me. Never have to go in if I don't want to. Easy to pay online and transfer also. Great credit union and everyone is very helpful and nice.
