  Great bank! They make you feel like a valued customer and not a just a number. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager Bill is a gentleman and pleasure to interact with. Highly recommended!!!

  My first exposure to TFCU was when I needed to refinance a couple of years ago. The people there are great & knowledgeable, and best...beat the competition on rates. Try Bi-weekly, it makes a big difference. BUT, be prepared to have to wait an eternity for underwriting make a decision. Try 2-3 months when the competition takes 2-4 weeks! I wasn't in a rush so I stuck it out, and it paid off. My local branch in Huntington has excellent people working there too! My only problem with TFCU is constant problems getting on to their website. A real pain. I cringe everytime I need to go on, knowing it'll take forever, and that's if I get on at all! But outside of that, you should check out TFCU, as least for mortgages.

  Just opened a new account at this branch even though it was not the closest to my home because of the reviews. Very nice experience. I might just move more accounts over in the near future.
