Kristi Goodson2I give a 2 star bc the staff is friendly but the drive thru service is ridiculously slow and the when you go in to do anything other than make a quick deposit that also is extremely slow. Definitely need to find procedures that are quicker. Online banking system could also use improvement but they're still 100 times better than Wells Fargo.

V.L. Pounders2I feel it is time to get this drive thru back to normal hours. No matter what time or day it is the entire drive thru area is packed. With the lobby being closed everyone is forced to use drive thru and it is starting to create a problem. Please take your customers into consideration and help alleviate this situation.

Cindy Lynn2I think it's ridiculous to have six lanes and be so slow in the drive thru. it would make sense to have six tellers and each have their own lane to take care of, especially during the time when you can't go inside to get money...

Liz2Customer service could definitely do better and at least let you know you have to sign in instead of waiting a long period of time. Seeing you sit down and not even mention until last minute.
