Marissa Hellermann3My husband and I went to TD bank over the weekend to switch over accounts. The CSR that helped us let us know that we can come in to pick up my debit card during the week. We went today around 3:45 pm and patiently waited in the waiting area. There was only one CSR working and he had a customer he was helping for quite a while. The manager approached us and asked what we needed help with - when we told her she pointed and said “oh he will help you when he is done which will be soon”. She didn’t even ask the other CSR how long he would be. We could obviously tell it was going to be a while. My husband and I were upset that she walked up to us, asked why we were there and simply decided not to help us, why ask in the first place? We ended up leaving without getting my debit card.

Sam T1The worst bank EVER!!!! They are currently involved in a class action lawsuit for illegal charges. I have had the worst experience ever! They also kicked my out of the bank then told me I owed the over a thousand for late charges AFTER THEY closed my account. "The most disrespectful bank!". If you own a business simply use another bank. These people are RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and just wrong but will never admit it....STAY AWAY!!!!!

Rachna Patel1Very bad customer service experience. They will make you wait for 30 mins every time you go there. I would not give them .01 star. Signs says lobby is open but its not and teller sees you outside on middle of the day but they prefer to flirt with their co-worker instead of taking care of the line of customers.

Green Sugar5God bless u JESSICA !!! for saving me a trip to the bank to set up my online banking app yesterday. I didn’t hv my details ready because I wasn’t expecting to get it done so easily. Being that I already tried with a staff of different branch. But when I called this branch I spoke to Jessica and She was calm and polite , maintained same energy despite the fact I didn’t have my info ready. God bless u Jessica. God will resolve the The most difficult situation in ur life with the ease of a breeze. Muah !!! This is the first time ever I hv left a review anywhere for anything. Jessica is exceptional!

chandan kumar1Stay away from this branch. Never answer the phone anytime you call. No one has any idea what they are doing. They give false information first just so you can open an account than when somthing needs to be changed never get a right answer.

Denise G1This location is by far NOT americas most convenient bank.. EVERY time I come here its always like a 10 minute process (literally).I usually go to the one in plainview, never a problem and done within 3 minutes. Im just making a deposit.. its definitely americas most slowest bank! Hopefully this branch closes when they revamp the sears property or they hire more employees or train the ones they have to be a little more quick!
