  Why does TD Bank charge $10 to cash a payroll check? The company banks with them so that their employees can get paid so I don't understand why they charge $10 for the employees to collect their money? F****** greedy

  I have been the drive through line for 45 minutes this TD bank has no walk-in lobby service and there only ATM machine is out of service. The tellers at the drive through are extremely slow

  Stay away from this bank. My account was frozen for 30 days and the only explanation i was given was that I had received a zelle transaction for something like $40, from some old, school books I sold online. No details from corporate or the clerks at the window. I cant pay my Bill's, I cant get my money to eat, awful, especially during this COVID mess. The people at the bank promised to call but never did. They won't even close my account so I can go somewhere else. The customer service is out right despicable!

  Usually love this branch. Drove to teller today around noon. observed 3 people in teller window, not social distancing (4ish feet instead of 6 feet distance), with 2 at 2-3 feetish distance; no face masks; as a visible minority and knowing the toll of this virus on other visible minorities (including the tellers), am appalled.

  Unfortunately you have to rate with a minimum of one star. with one star this branch is overrated. what a waste of money.... branches like this will make you understand why online banks do so well. they train newbies on your account,you'll pay for their mistakes. higher turnover than amazon fulfillment center ,never the same person more than once. do yourself a favor and use the online services instead. even a simple check deposit will be a complex transaction for them. shame on TD bank.

  Awful customer sevice. Rude bank representatives who treat you like they're doing you a favor simply talking to you. I will never bank with TD again.

  Too many steps in verifications. All this for our safety not true. Long time to get to an agent, they again start verification.
