  They need more tellers on Friday. Just left the bank the only one in line. 30 minutes for a transaction. Would have went to the ATM. That was out of service. You all have got to do better. My heart goes out to the teller. Working by herself.

  Walked in to get my card changed and get back to my mobile online banking that I locked myself out of and the lady up front was very nice and helpful…was in and out in less than 30 minutes

  Today I was blessed to speak with Ken at this branch after a stressful morning of being pushed around & disregarded by customer service & employees at other branches. I literally was heading to TD Bank to close my account today and this interaction with Ken changed my mind. He treated me like a real person. In all of my years of dealing with customer service at any Bank, I have never encountered someone as nice & understanding as this man. He spoke to me like I mattered to TD Bank, he tried to resolve my issue as if it were his own & this absolutely brought me to tears. Please if you must do business the Lake City branch is where you should go. Ken treats you like a Person not like an Account. That's all I ask is to be treated with the same respect & understanding. I live in another surrounding city but I will take the drive to Lake City to deal with them for now on. Ken really represented TD Bank with the greatest class possible today!!

  worst bank service ever!!!!!!you have overdraft for nothing!!!!!not to mention when you call the customer service they always messing something up! got my account locked today because they ask me question for security that did not even pertain to me! Now i have to waste my time going into the office to show ID which is such a pain not to mention they are holding a check and have not been able to pay my bills because I'm waiting on it to clear!!get any bank but these guys!not to mention their wait time for customer rep is always about 10-20 or more mins
