Preston J5This location is already my favorite for 2 reasons. 1. The service here is really good and staff are very kind and helpful when opening an account 2. I am a dollar collector and all the ones I need came from here. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to bank with TD

Jerry Ciotola1A terrible operation, I put money into an ATM yesterday. The manager did nothing! He hands me a Reg-E claim for the WRONG amount I deposited, then he laughs about it! A very sloppy place, this ATM has been problematic for YEARS!!!! They need intelligent people to run a branch, it;s obvious they have none here!!! 5 Day have past and NOTHING, what a great bank!!!

michael mcgowan1Still waiting for a check to clear they took the money out of my attorneys account on April 29 th n today’s May 3 still not in my account which isn’t as bad as the fact they been telling me to my face and lying that the check has not cleared because of insufficient funds in my attorneys accout. They hold your money n then lie n make someone else look bad it’s insane. I confirmed with my own eyes the money came out of my attorneys acct on the 29 th n they’ll still lie to my face n say different. Nice tellers don’t mean a thing their back office is horrible n make their employees lie to you. Closing any acct I have there. Now may 4 th n check still not clear back office scumbags hold checks for 11 days now they switched to same system as Richmond county now so forget about checks clearing quickly. If you don’t deposit a Td check you will wait 7 to 11 days now. Go to Chase next day clear any check from anywhere. Again they took money out of my attorneys account on April 29 th n lied n said he had insufficient funds lying scumbags.

Chris French1"America's Most Convenient Bank"...how laughable. Do not let this friendly inviting slogan fool you. To start they claim that you can access your account locally, online, and over the phone and it's all the same easy peasy; that's a lie, to quote a representative "We try to work together, but really we are separate from each other." You read that right... pathetic to a point of being almost unbelievable, but true nonetheless. Aside from this, more direct to this branch and all local branches is that they are outdated in decor, layout, and technology. To this particular branch though I have to say it is unprofessional and uncaring seeing as I opened an account here under the impression I would get a promised $300 bonus that the representative opening the account assured me I would get after the qualifications were met. All of this was done and I waited extra time for it to possibly need to process and I got nothing. So I called the 1800 number and this is when I was told how they are separate and not same, so back and fourth phone calls to the 1800 and this branch got me nothing still. So I was finally told I should go here in person to sort it out and I did. After waiting 20 minutes as representatives ran out instead of staying to help customers I was greeted with laughing to my problem and told the person who I "claim" told me I was eligible for the bonus no longer works here so they can't do anything. I provide documentation stating I'm eligible for it and the representative takes it to her manager who she stays with in the back for almost 10 minutes and comes out alone and just tells me I'm wrong. No manager coming to me to explain or apologize and offer some solution. So I closed my account and put my money into Chase right next door. Take your business anywhere, but here.

Mr NYC1This is the worst TD banking center on Staten Island. I was in need of a new card and the teller gave me a hard time. A two minute job turned into 20 minutes with a bunch of questions. I felt like I was treated like a criminal rather than a customer. My advice go to a different banking center if your a TD customer!

Sal Marciano4Tellers in here are pretty friendly, they keep the lines moving. Never had an issue. Too bad they got rid of the Penny Arcades, heard they took them out of all the branches. Was easy to get rid of the change.
