      I went to this location today to get a 60 day statement of my account that I need for a home mortgage loan. They told me they couldn't narrow it down to a shorter timeframe than 3 months, and because of their software the only way I could get a 60 day (only) statement was if they used white out on a printed page. Explain to me how that would not look entirely unprofessional, not to mention sketchy as hell. I called customer service and they even stated there was no reason they shouldn't have been able to do my request. I ultimately went to another branch and had my 60 day statement printed with no issues.

      America's most convenient bank? Hardly. I went to the Prospect Street branch with a POA drafted by a Massachusetts attorney, and the manager wouldn't accept it. I had to file a complaint with the state and the issue was resolved with help from corporate. What should have been a 10 minute visit took over a week. The problem could have been avoided if the manager had forwarded my documents to the TD Bank legal department but she apparently thought she knew better.

      The service in this bank is horrific. They are NOT customer oriented whatsoever. There is a ridiculously extensive wait on line and at the service desks for the most uncomplicated transactions and they don’t have any cares about it. The only reason I even gave them one star is because my granddaughter likes their lollipops!
